Gite in Gorges du Tarn, old stone house near river for 6

This old stone house is located near the road in the heart of a village of the Gorges du Tarn in Lozere at the foot of the Circus of Pourgnadoires, at an altitude of 450m.
All necessities and little shops are close by in the villages of Sainte Eminie or La Malene.
Fully renovated and furnished in 2007, La Maison des Anglais has 2 independent gites and a common garden of 500 m2 on the bank of the river, french label Clévacances 2 keys.
The first gite , Côté Terrasse, is accessible from the road and consists of 53 m2 on 2 levels (o and +1) with a 40 m2 terrace. It can sleep a maximum of 6 persons.
For allergy reasons, guest’s pets are not allowed.

The house is ideally located for hiking or enjoying the close by Tarn river.

Tourist interests: In the heart of the Gorges du Tarn, near the Grands Causes and the Cevennes National Park, you will stay in Lozere, 30 min from Mendes and Florac or an hour from Millau.
Pougnadoires is located in the world reserve of biosphere decreed by UNESCO at the National park of the Cevennes since 1995. Novelties 2010: Green key label for our organic house.
You will remain in the peripheral zone of the National park, only French park of medium mountains in inhabited zone.
The apartment Cote Terrasse is accessible directly from the road by the terrace. This 53 m2 apartment is on 2 levels plus an attic and can sleep up to 6 persons. We propose a location with modular capacity and prices: from 4/5 persons to 6 persons.
On the first floor, there is a 30 m2 terrace with patio furniture and grill, with view on the garden and the Tarn river, exposure East/South and a 23.5 m2 living/dining room with kitchen corner.
On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 (9.5 m2) with a full bed (140X200) and storage, bedroom 2 (8.5 m2) with 2 twin beds (90X190) as well as a bathroom (sink and shower) and an independent toilet.
In the attic: 1 bedroom (special for childs, height 1.80 meters maximum) with 2 twin beds (90x190) only used when the apartment is rented for 6 persons.
Public parking on the road at less than 50m
