Dunas Green is a gated development of 65 apartments spread over six apartment blocks (none higher than 3 floors). The development is set in 15,000m2 of beautifully landscaped gardens. The large terraces overlook the beach-style swimming pool and the Mediterranean Sea beyond, while the views from the rear of the apartments are of green mountain ranges dotted with lemon and orange trees. The beach is a ten-minute walk via an elevated bridge, so that you do not have to cross any roads, making this an ideal environment for families with young children.

Dunas Green is just 40 minutes drive from Malaga International airport with many frequent flights from all major UK airports arriving each day. British Airways, easyJet and Monarch, are among the many airlines that fly there.

Take a twenty-minute drive from your apartment and you are in Puerto Banus and Marbella, bustling towns with famous boutiques, restaurants and discotheques that have long been a favourite playground of the international Jet Set.

Estepona is a beautiful town and has a lovely marina. It is also home to around forty fabulous golf courses. Flamingos is under ten minutes away or drive just half an hour from Dunas Green and you could be in Sotogrande, playing in the famous Valderrama, host of the Ryder Cup in 1997, when the Europeans had a narrow victory over America or, if you prefer, watching a game of Polo in the equally famous Santa Maria Polo Club. There are other activities such as sailing, Jet Ski, tennis and for the less energetic there is always shopping in the many elegant boutiques or simply enjoying a cold beer and tapas in one of the lovely cafes by the Sotogrande Marina.
